Minister of Housing, Utilities,
and Urban Communities
Sherif El Sherbiny was appointed Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities in July 2024. He has overseen progress on various projects in New Alamein City, including the construction of over 20 towers. El Sherbiny is also dedicated to key presidential initiatives like the Your Home in Egypt initiative, offering 5,055 residential, commercial, and administrative properties in cities like the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, and New Mansoura.
