Seif Thabet has been the CEO and Deputy Chairman of Juhayna Food Industries since 2004. His experience spans sales, marketing, operations and human resources; he also played a central role in strengthening Juhayna’s position across Egypt’s dairy, fermented-products and juice categories. Under his leadership, Juhayna mitigated local seasonal variations by scaling its finished product exports, securing EGP 1.2 billion ($23.8 million) in export revenues during H1 2026. Thabet also continues to contribute to the wider food industry as Vice President of the Chamber of Food Industries, supporting the sector’s development and export ambitions.
