Sadek El Sewedy is CEO of Elsewedy Industries and Co-Founder of Elsewedy Electric, one of Egypt’s largest energy firms. In July 2024, Elsewedy Electric sold a 20% stake to Electra Investment Holding. Elsewedy Electric, in partnership with Siemens, is also building a power plant in Saudi Arabia’s Rabigh, with an $800 million investment.
