In a landmark 600 million dollar agreement between Latif Group and Marriott International, the brand new Ritz Carlton Sharm Il Sheikh was announced at the Nile Ritz Carlton. The new hotel, located at the luxuriously relaxing Sharks Bay, is expected to begin operation by 2020. It will feature over 250 rooms, including 12 villas, as well as three restaurants and state of the art treatment facilities.
After the signing and press conference were concluded, a celebration was very much in order. And what a party it was! Industry leaders, ministers, celebrities, and influential society members all flocked to the hotel’s very welcoming setting for a boisterous gathering that truly gave the project a sendoff deserving of its magnitude.
