The world lost a musical legend on Christmas when George Michael passed away in his sleep, aged 53. Michael left in his wake a remarkable career spanning more than 30 years. With his charming good looks, outspoken nature and flamboyant stage antics, the co-founder of Wham! was, in many ways, his generation’s Freddy Mercury. Michael truly wrapped up his enormous talent in positive music that touched the lives of many throughout the years.
