Noha Khalil was appointed Acting CEO of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) in August 2024, having previously served as the fund’s Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. She assumed the role following the resignation of former CEO Ayman Soliman in June 2024. Under Khalil’s leadership, TSFE has been advancing plans for its first overseas investment fund, focused on expanding into Africa and investing in high-growth sectors across the continent. The initiative forms part of the fund’s broader strategy to expand Egypt’s investment footprint and strengthen its role as a gateway between African markets and international capital.
