Nidal Assar has been the Vice Chairman and CEO of Egyptian Gulf Bank (EGBANK) since 2018. He began his career at Arab Bank in 1995 as a credit administrator and has since risen through the ranks, holding various senior positions. Before joining EGBANK, he headed the Reserve Management Unit at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and served as Director at Metallurgical Industries Holding Co. Assar’s extensive experience in banking and finance has been instrumental in EGBANK’s growth and success.
