Nader Khozam is Chairman and CEO of IL Cazar Developments, a prominent Egyptian real estate developer he co-founded in 2019. With over 25 years of experience in Egypt’s real estate sector, he has played a key role in positioning IL Cazar as a leading developer of contemporary residential and mixed-use communities. He is also a member of Egypt’s Senate and was appointed Secretary of the Central Housing Secretariat of the Homat Al-Watan Party in September 2026, as part of the party’s new organisational structure, which draws on specialised expertise in housing and urban development files. In February 2026, IL CAZAR launched VÉA in the Sixth Settlement, a 100-acre villa-only development with EGP 20 billion in investments. Around 70% of construction had already been completed before the official launch, with delivery targeted for 2028.
