Mohamed Ismail Mansour has been the Managing Director, Chairman, and Managing Partner of ManFood and McDonald’s Egypt since 2003. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to over 92 branches, serving 70,000 customers daily and employing more than 5,000 people. Mansour’s focus on local sourcing and employee development has been pivotal to McDonald’s Egypt’s success. In addition to his work with McDonald’s, Mansour is the CEO of Infinity Power, Africa’s largest private producer of renewable energy. In 2023, Infinity Power made headlines with its $1 billion acquisition of Lekela Power, a transformative deal that solidified the company’s leadership in the continent’s renewable energy market. With projects spanning wind, solar, and green hydrogen, Mansour continues to steer the company’s ambitious expansion.
