On November 3rd, 2024, Enigma Magazine hosted an exclusive evening to celebrate legendary international photographer Mario Testino’s 70th birthday.
The event took place at Cairo’s latest hot spot, Esca Cueva, in New Giza, Egypt.
This prestigious gathering also honored Testino’s remarkable contributions to photography, fashion, and art on a global scale. Testino, renowned for his striking portraits of cultural icons and visionary editorial work, has shaped the aesthetics of modern photography. This evening was a tribute to his artistry and the inspiration he has brought to countless individuals in the creative industry.
The star-studded event was attended by Egyptian celebrities like Nelly Karim, Zeina, and Mohamed Sharnouby, as well as international VIPs such as Angela Missoni, head of the iconic Missoni fashion house; and Colombian Ambassador to Egypt Ana Milena Muñoz de Gaviria, who all came out to honor Testino’s artistic legacy. The evening also gathered a high-profile guest list from Egypt’s business and creative communities, making it a beautiful night to remember.
