Ibrahim Sarhan is the Chairman and CEO of eFinance, with over 30 years of experience in the fintech and telecommunications sectors. Prior to e-finance, Sarhan spent 13 years at ICL, and before that, held key management stints at Triangle and Raya Integrated before establishing e-finance in 2005. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University and a Senior Executive Management Diploma from Harvard University in 2011. As Egypt’s largest third-party acquiring processor, eFinance processes 100% of G2G, G2B, and G2C payments through its advanced digital omnichannel payment platform and extensive POS network. In September 2024, the company launched Africa’s first e-commerce platform, focusing on specialised electronic marketplaces for the African market.
