Hossam El Shaer founded SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises in 2002, growing it into a major hospitality group with a portfolio spanning Egypt and international markets. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to include hotels, resorts and Nile cruise vessels, while diversifying into real estate through Madaar Developments. He also serves as Chairman of the Egyptian Tourism Federation, contributing to the development of Egypt’s tourism sector.
