Hisham Talaat Moustafa is a prominent Egyptian businessman and CEO & Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). With more than 40 years at the Group, he has played a pivotal role in its growth and success. In July 2024, the Group launched its landmark mega-development, South-MED, spanning over 23 million sqm along Egypt’s North Coast shoreline. In June 2026, TMG was recognised as Egypt’s strongest company at Egypt’s Best Summit, while The Spine, a $27 billion mixed-use development east of Cairo, received the Best New Mega Development award. That same month, TMG signed an MoU with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) to explore residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and integrated urban development opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
