Mohamed Khaled El Assal and Karim El Assal are the CEOs of Misr Italia Properties (MIP), which portfolio spans resi- dential, coastal, administrative, commercial, and hospitality developments across Egypt, supported by a land bank of 7.1 million square metres. Its flagship projects include Garden 8, Cairo Business Park, Vinci, IL BOSCO, IL BOSCO City, and Kai Sokhna. In July 2024, MIP signed a $26 million agreement with Redcon Construction for contracting and construction works at Solaré Ras El Hekma. The company has also partnered with RiseUp to establish a PropTech In- novation Hub and one of the region’s first proptech accelera- tors. By January 2025, MIP had delivered 3,222 units, with further 5,563 under construction.
