Hadeer Shalaby is the Vice President and Managing Director of Talabat Egypt. In April 2026, the company inaugurated its largest quick-commerce distribution centre in the Middle East and North Africa, a 27,000-square-metre facility with capacity to process about one million items per day. The centre serves Talabat Mart’s network across 12 Egyptian cities, with plans to expand to 17, representing a major investment in the e-commerce infrastructure. Shalaby also led a team securing two Silver Effie Awards at the 2025 MENA Effie Awards for Talabat Egypt’s “Put The Genie Out Of Business” campaign.
