The exclusive event will feature Chef Christophe Die; a Michelin-starred alum for French
institutions, the executive chef of the French Embassy in Cairo and known for refined
contemporary French cuisine, Chef Habiba Makhlouf; celebrated for her modern interpretation of Egyptian flavors, and Chef Eric Bausson; Sofitel El Gezirah Executive Chef. This collaborative feast is designed to celebrate the rich connection between French technique and the vibrant, aromatic ingredients of the Mediterranean and the Nile Valley.
A Journey of Flavors and Techniques
The collaboration, aptly named “Nile Meets Seine” will see the three culinary masters jointly
conceive and execute a multi-course menu. Each course will be a seamless blend of their distinct styles: Chef Christophe lending classic precision, Chef Eric offering depth through indigenous spices and local sourcing, and Chef Habiba culminating the experience with innovative pastry art.
