Basil El Baz is an Egyptian industrialist and entrepreneur serving as Chairman and CEO of Carbon Holdings, a mid-to-downstream oil and gas development company. A graduate of Harvard University, he studied economics and government with a focus on industrial economics. Sales from April to August 2024 increased compared to Januarry to March 2024, driven by improved feedstock availability. El Baz’s strategic vision continues to drive growth and innovation in Egypt’s energy sector while prioritising sustainable practices.
