If you want to follow celebrities and models’ fitness and lifestyle, but barely have the time to hit the gym, try at-home workout exercises inspired by them.

Jenna Dewan Tatum – Dancing
If you are a Tatum fan who loves dancing, blast some hip hop music and do your thing! Tatum shared with SELF Magazine that, “I do a 35-minute hip-hop workout my trainer gave me.” We think this is the ultimate fun way to burn off calories, tone your entire body and work on your flexibility!

Iskra Lawrence – Box Jumps and Weightlifting
Our favourite plus-size model, Iskra Lawrence, focuses most of her workouts on box jumps and weightlifting! She said to Elle.com, “I do lots of high intensity training like skipping and box jumps. I love heavy weights, I love lunges.” All you need are dumbbells and a box to love your strong legs!

Carrie Underwood – Tabata
Tabata is Carrie’s top choice when it comes to working out! It is an interval workout that combines 20 seconds of full-speed working out and 10 seconds of rest. Underwood’s Tabata workout lasts for four minutes. “I choose seven different exercises, like squats, lunges, or push-ups, and do eight rounds of each… It really revs up my metabolism. When I’m done, I can handle anything,” Underwood said to Shape Magazine.

Adriana Lima – Jump Rope
Adriana does a killer combo of exercises with jump rope. This was one of her most effective exercises that helped her get back in shape post-pregnancy for the Victoria’s Secret show. She also did regular boxing and committed to body-sculpting programs. We are big fans of jump rope exercises, because according to ScienceDaily, “10 minutes of skipping rope is about equivalent to running an 8-minute mile.”

Khloé Kardashian – Deadlifts
They are the most effective back-body burner, and they are best at toning the hamstrings and the booty! Khloé is a big fan of this workout and does it on a regular basis. We highly recommend you do this exercise, but make sure to do it right to avoid injury! For best results, incorporate weights, such as a barbells or dumbbells, in your workout.
