In April 2026, he further strengthened his position in Arab Developers Holding by acquiring approximately 150 million shares at an average price of EGP 0.0647 per share, for a total value of nearly EGP 9.7 million. The acquisition elevated his stake to approximately 27.207%, up from 26.58%.
