Hany Shoukry has played a defining role in the growth of Egypt’s modern advertising industry.
Today, he serves as CEO and Executive Chairman of VML Egypt, leading the agency’s operations and continued growth within WPP’s global network. Shoukry began his career by founding Bonus Advertising in 1992, later transforming it into the Cairo bureau of Euro RSCG. Following its acquisition by WPP, he continued to lead the business in Egypt, expanding his expertise across advertising, entertainment experience, content and media. His career has spanned more than three decades at the forefront of Egypt’s evolving communications sector.
