Eng. Tarek Helmy is the CEO of AlMarasem International for Development. Under his leadership, AlMarasem has established a prominent presence in Egypt’s real estate and construction sectors since its inception in 1997. AlMarasem’s growth has been marked by the establishment of various affiliates: AlMarasem Industries (ICPM), AlMarasem Trading, AlMarasem Specialized Construction Company, and AlMarasem for Assets Management. In 2017, AlMarasem Development entered the real estate development sector with its first project, Fifth Square in New Cairo. The company launched MarVille in New Zayed in 2023,
followed by MarBay in Ras El Hekma in 2024.
