In 1997, CFG acquired Concrete, transforming it into a key luxury brand. In December 2025, Concrete Fashion Group announced its financial and operational reports for the fiscal year, recording consolidated net revenues of $153.3 million, a 5.9% year-on-year increase compared with $144.8 million in the prior year.
