Mostafa Amin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Breadfast, established in 2017 alongside Muhammad Habib and Abdallah Nofal. Breadfast has developed an integrated model combining technology, sourcing, production, fulfilment and delivery, offering more than 7,000products through an AI-powered platform. Its latest major milestone came in 2026 with the closing of a pre-Series C funding round backed by IFC, EBRD, Olayan Financing Company, Novastar Ventures, SBI Investment and AAIC, among others. IFC’s investment programme included a US$13 million equity investment to support Breadfast’s expansion into secondary Egyptian cities.
