Mostafa El-Beltagy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nawy, the Egyptian proptech platform transforming how consumers search for, buy, sell, finance and manage property. The company raised $52 million in Series A equity funding in 2025 alongside $23 million in debt financing, and subsequently expanded into the UAE through the acquisition of a majority stake in SmartCrowd. In 2026, Nawy and its founding team were recognised in the Endeavor Outliers Class, while the company continued developing products such as Nawy Unlocked, and Nawy Now to help property owners unlock the value of underutilised assets.
