As CEO and Managing Director of MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development, he oversees the master developer behind Mostakbal City and MADA, guiding the company’s expansion across New Cairo. Before joining MIDAR, ElKousey held senior leadership positions at Ajlan & Brothers, Orascom, Qatari Diar and Emaar Misr, bringing expertise in strategy, project management and corporate governance to his current role.
