Mustafa Kamel is the Founder of Gates Developments, where he has built a growing real estate platform around a clear ambition: creating distinctive communities that bring together design, quality and long-term value. Since its establishment in 2018, Gates has grown past its New Capital origins to span East Cairo, West Cairo, and the North Coast. At the centre of this expansion is LYV Caesar in Ras El Hekma, where Gates launched a second phase in 2025 spanning 206 acres and introducing the Bliss, Shore and Muse destinations. In 2026, the company began delivering Gates Privé in Sheikh Zayed one year ahead of schedule, while part of LYV Caesar’s first phase is also scheduled for delivery during the year, three years ahead of the project’s planned 2029 delivery timeline.
