Waleed Zaki, Founder & CEO of PRE Group since 2007, oversees a portfolio of 16 projects across Cairo, Ain Sokhna, Marsa Alam, North Coast and Alexandria, ranging from residential to commercial and hospitality. PRE Group currently has over 10,200 delivered units and 11,600 units under construction, including the Big Business District in New Cairo. In November 2025, PREGroup launched the Zaha Hadid Towers, a new landmark coming to Egypt by the renowned Zaha Hadid. PRE Group is making big strides in the hospitality sector, starting with the launch of Covaya serviced apartments at Telal Sokhna in 2025, and moving toward a big international hospitality collaboration about to be announced. In August 2026, PRE Group secured a 380-feddan mixed-use development in New Zayed, with projected sales of EGP 147 billion and investments of EGP 94 billion, further expanding its presence in West Cairo.
