Ashraf Nessim assumed the role as CEO of Muriya in December 2025. He has been overseeing the development of Muriya’s destinations in Oman, including Hawana Salalah, Jebel Sifah and As Sodah Island, while expanding its hospitality, tourism and real estate offerings. Nessim also serves as Chief Corporate Services & Operations Officer at Orascom Development, where he continues to contribute to the Group’s wider growth and operations.
