In 2025, Mustafa Kamel, Founder of Gates Developments, is steering the company’s ambitious expansion with the launch of the second phase of Lyv Caesar in Ras El Hekma. Spanning 206 acres at km 200 of the North Coast, this phase represents investments of more than EGP 2 billion and introduces three destinations — Bliss, Shore, and Muse — offering a diverse lifestyle by the lagoons and sea. Building on the first phase’s success, which achieved EGP 9 billion in sales, Gates targets EGP 20 billion in total sales in 2025, with EGP 12 billion expected from Lyv Caesar alone. Complementing this, the company continues to grow a wide-ranging portfolio across East and West Cairo, with investments exceeding EGP 71.2 billion.
