This impressive growth was driven by flagship projects such as At-East in Mostakbal City, which alone achieved EGP 7.8 billion in sales during its first phase. Additionally, the summer project in the North Coast exceeded its annual sales target, generating EGP 16 billion from the launch of its first phase.
