Ahmed Elsewedy, President and CEO of Elsewedy Electric and a familiar face on Shark Tank Egypt, has over 35 years of expertise in the electricity and energy sectors. Since joining the company’s board in 2005, he has expanded it into a global leader, with 30+ production facilities across 16 countries, exporting to 110+ markets, and employing over 17,000 people. In August 2024, he was named Chancellor of Coventry University Group, starting his role in September.
