Naguib Sawiris is the Executive Chairman of Orascom Investment Holding, which invests in high- growth sectors across Egypt and Africa. He is also the Chairman of Orascom TMT Investments, whose portfolio includes an assest manage- ment company in Egypt, Italiaonline in Italy, and others. He also chairs La Mancha Resource Capital LLP, advising on global investments in precious and energy-transition met- als, and Ora Developers, a leading luxury real estate and hospitality company. In September 2025, OIH completed its EGP 502 million ac- quisition of Misr for Entertainment Investments, securing full ownership of the company and its subsidiaries, including Abela Misr and Pier 88.
