The Earth Polo by Ralph Lauren

The Earth Polo shirt is Ralph Lauren’s latest eco-friendly product. It’s made of innovative fabric that is entirely produced from plastic bottles collected by local communities in the developing world. Each Earth Polo shirt is made of approximately 12 plastic bottles. On top of that, in contrast to the standard wasteful dying processes, this polo is dyed without using any water at all.

High-Waist Leggings by Girlfriend Collective

Comfortable, stylish and coming in a whole host of colours to suit all tastes, these high-waist leggings from Girlfriend Collective are a wardrobe essential for any fashionable person. What makes them even better is that they are made from recycled water bottles!

Adidas by Stella McCartney

Well known for her efforts to mainstream eco-friendly products and practices, Stella McCartney has recently collaborated with Adidas on a cool new line.

This vibrant orange performance jacket is crafted from a quick-drying, water-repellent fabric, made from recycled materials in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans. It is definitely a great addition to your active-wear wardrobe this season.

Nike VaporMax Flyknit 2

Ever the innovators, Nike are using waste to create this new line of shoes without compromising performance or style.

They have created the main section of the shoe using different colours of yarn that otherwise would have gone to waste, while the aerated sole is made of 75% recycled materials. The most interesting part, however, is that the heel counter is made entirely from recycled CDs!

This way you can feel green and clean while still wearing your favourite brand.

Batoko Swimsuits

Batoko is a British swimwear brand that makes its products entirely out of recycled plastic. They have already recycled the equivalent weight of 220,000 plastic bottles into swimwear.

Aside from the great job they do in reducing plastic waste, their designs are super cool, fresh and colourful.

Mara Hoffman

The incredibly environmentally conscious designer Mara Hoffman is on a mission to raise awareness about sustainable fashion through using certified cotton, recycled nylon and recycled polyester.

This feminine swimwear is 78% produced from recycled materials, but still maintains that high end and fabulous feel.

One of our favourite brands, Prada, is making strides to be more sustainable, most recently launching the line of bags, Re-Nylon. This collection, made up of six different effortlessly stylish bags, is made from a blend of textile waste and waste from the ocean. Not only is it made from recycled material, once you’ve had enough of it, they can turn it into a brand new product!
