Terms & Conditions:

1.       Any cancellations of insertions should be received by Supreme Publications Ltd in writing by noon on the 10^th of the month preceding the placement of the advertisement. Supreme Publications Ltd has the right to charge a fee of 50% of the cost of the insertion if cancellation is received after 12 noon on the 10^th of the month.

2.       All colour separations should be received by Supreme Publications Ltd by the 10^th of every month. Supreme Publications Ltd reserves the right to print previous advertisements if new colour separations are not received by that deadline.

3.       Please ensure all colour separations are supplied with exact technical specifications.

4.       If advertisements are to be sent on CD, an extra fee of £50 will be charged for a colour separation.

5.       Supreme Publications Ltd shall use reasonable care and skill in ensuring that the advertisement is placed in Enigma Magazine.

6.       Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Supreme Publications Ltd or in respect of any claim where it can be proved that such claim is based on dishonest or fraudulent act or omission or fraudulent misrepresentation of Supreme Publication Ltd prior to the contact being entered into:

a.      Supreme Publications Ltd shall not be liable for any claim for loss of profit or any other indirect, special or consequential loss, damage costs, expenses or other claims, whether arising from negligence or otherwise

b.      No liability of Supreme Publications Ltd under the contact shall exceed the price paid by you for the insertion in question

7.       Invoices will be sent out to the client on publication of the advertisement. Payment will be due in 30 days from the date of the invoice. Please make cheques payable to Supreme Publications Ltd.
